• TICKI AI assistant for market intelligence

5. Financial Operations

• All transactions are subject to company rules, fees, and processing times.
• Exchange rates are provided in real-time and may fluctuate.
• Minimum and maximum limits apply to deposits, withdrawals, and exchanges.
• The Company reserves the right to hold, review, or reject transactions for compliance purposes.
• Trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated tools or bots without authorization
• Manipulate or abuse the loyalty points or rewards system
• Circumvent security measures or KYC requirements

7. Account Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, fail to complete KYC verification, or if required by regulatory authorities. Upon termination, remaining balances will be handled according to applicable regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform (including TICKIWALLET, TICKTRADER, TICKI AI, and Tick Top Trade branding) are owned by Tick Top Trade L.T.D. and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tick Top Trade L.T.D. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets, including forex, cryptocurrencies, and commodities, carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before using our trading services. Capital is at risk.

11. Modifications
