TICKIWALLET User Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in to TICKIWALLET using Facebook and would like to request deletion of your account data, please contact us at support@tickiwallet.com with the subject "Facebook Data Deletion Request".
Please include the email address associated with your TICKIWALLET account. Our support team will verify your request and process the deletion according to our privacy and compliance procedures.
How to Request Data Deletion
- Send an email to support@tickiwallet.com
- Use the subject line: "Facebook Data Deletion Request"
- Include the email address linked to your TICKIWALLET account
- Our team will verify your identity and process the request
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:
- Your account profile information
- Login credentials and social login associations
- Personal preferences and settings
- Session data and activity logs
Note: Certain financial transaction records may be retained as required by applicable financial regulations and anti-money laundering laws. These records are kept in anonymized form where possible.
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification. You will receive email confirmation once the process is complete.
Revoking Facebook Access
You can also revoke TICKIWALLET's access to your Facebook account directly:
- Go to Facebook Settings > Security and Login > Apps and Websites
- Find TICKIWALLET in the list of active apps
- Click "Remove" to revoke access
